New Blue FX Install Issue

Hello Editors.
A while back, my virus programm deleted one of the New Blue FX files after using them a year. I don't know why, and how, I guess my Computer just hates me. However, I accepted it and the effect wasn't that important either. But then, a few weeks later, Sony Vegas won't open. It always freezed while loading the DirectX Plug-Ins. So I asked a friend and he told me to delete the New Blue effects. I did. And Sony vegas worked again. But now I have a big problem. I can't install them! When I try it, Sony Vegas won't open! But I really need them, just some effects like the flash or zoom or shake effect. Can someone please help me?! ♥
