[SOLVED] Final Fantasy 13 english HD clips..?

Anyone know where to download HD english unsubbed cutscenes.... (or how can i record them off my xbox?????)

I think they're uploading the cutscenes in English.

I have a problem... I downloaded some HD clips from FFHDTV on Youtube. Watching them in the player works fine. But opening in Vegas doesn't. Anytime I want to import one of the clips (I tried mp4 and avi) Sony Vegas says "An error occurred during the current operation. An Exception has occured." and crashes down.

I'm truely desperated coz I didn't find a solution yet. I've spent much time searching for one...

So I'd be really happy if someone could send me his files. I do have the cutscenes (last link by ashe12mariana) but I need all scenes (as FFHDTV has posted on YT).
Or does anybody know where to download?

For downloading from YT I've used Youtube Downloader HD.

Some of them will be in .mp4 and others in .wmv; that's just because I haven't gotten around to converting them all. ^^;;

How big are your files, Thalia? Or how is the quali?

The clips are all HD; they're not too big, maybe 30MB per clip, but there's a lot of clips because everything is all separate, but they're usually really small because some are only thirteen seconds or something.

€dit: Converting the mp4 file to wmv and opening this one in Vegas works. But the quality suffers a lot... is there a way to open mp4 in Vegas?

I have the exact same problem. :[ For .mp4 files, you need a form of the Quicktime player installed. I can find you a pretty converter. Are you using the one built into the downloader?

shewolf, converting a video does always attack the quality. I'd like to avoid this... I know for example SUPER. Thats a good one, isn't it? But I remember that the output had worse quality than the input. =(

I never said it didn't. Did I? O_o *shrugs*

Anyway, in terms of freeware I generally use AnyVideoConverter. When I tried it with the clips off of the youtube channel I linked, the quality degradation, while still somewhat bad, doesn't seem to be too enormous.

The best one I've found is AVS Video Converter but unfortunately, it isn't freeware unless you want a watermark in the centre of the clip or you're open to piracy.

Format Factory is a good converter with some loss of quality. But not *too* much. But I would advise that you learn how to "mux" and "demux" files since that doesn't lose any quallity as you extract the video and audio streams and then put it into a new container. But I've yet to find an MP4 demuxer that works for mp4s downloaded form youtube...

Most of Mp4 files won't work with Vegas. The easiest way is to convert them.

Angel, I have a good converter which I can share with you; it's called Magic Video Converter (andeh22 from YT gave it to me back then~ Thank you once again!) and it's the best one I've ever used; it keeps the quality the same, altough the file size can become a bit bigger when converting from mp4 to avi. If the quality drops when converting, then I haven't noticed it; the difference is so little.

I can send the program to you. I know how frustrating it is when mp4 files won't work and you don't have a good converter... ;_;

I just noticed that the youtuber krymzenseku (recommended by shewolf) doesn't have the clips anymore. ;__; I only downloaded one or two to check the quality. It was great. and WITHOUT watermark! *cries*

As converter I'd try Magic Video Converter, coz it sounds good (without watermark and so on). Would you send it to me, Fera? Would be great. =)

EDIT 2:\\ I think I may have found some. I'll download a couple and check the quality. If they're in HD I'll get them converted to HD WMV and uploaded to mediafire for easy downloading and link them here.

EDIT 3:\\ They're in HD. Downloading and conversion in progress. The files are all uploaded to Megaupload and the cutscenes need to be downloaded individually so it may take a few days to a week or so to get it all finished because of the download limit for free users.

Unfortunately I don't have the time to download and convert, coz I've to work all the day and at home there are too many things that need to be done. -_-
And in addition to that, Sony Vegas has period - it crashes down, it doesn't want to work well. Maybe I should buy the new version 9. I have 8 Pro, it's cracked. Yeah, I'll see. ^^'
