Okay I can't believe that this hasn't been made yet :]
But yes. Harry Potter, the best book series everrrrr <3

oh and there was this thing with J.K. Rowling on Oprah and how Oprah asked if she was going to write a 8, 9, and 10th book and J.K. Rowling responded with "I'm not saying I won't"

I have to agree with you on that one, it is most certainly the best book series out there! Or well, at least one of them (Mortal Instruments ins't that bad either ;D)

and it would be great if J.K. wrote another book, but I am worried that if she does, it won't have the same.. "magic" as the previous ones... But hey, who knows, it might become a really epic book? Also, it would be really nice if she wrote a book about the Maraduers and how it was when they went to Hogwarts and so on >v<

xD She probably said that because if she said an absolute NO, she might get a lot of angry fans on her butt. Her answer was vague, so I highly doubt she will be writing anything more. A good author knows when her audience has grown up, and when she needs to stop. (For example, they are dragging out the movie franchise waaay too long. They have the full final movie done, the only reason they split it into two parts is to have the hype drag on longer, because once its over, thats it for Harry Potter.) J.K doesnt need to write anymore anyway. They say authors will usually have that ONE phenominal idea, and they will write it, get famouse, become rich, but then never have another idea like that again. I think this is whats happened to J.K. She is richer than the Queen of England. Harry Potter was an immense success. If she were to write a new different series, I would find it strange to read because to me, she is Harry Potter, she invested so much of herself into those books that I don't know if she could replicate that again in another series.

True. Very true all of the things you said. And even though J.K. might never write anything more on HP, there will always be fan fictions! <3

and yes and no. I mean, it is a bit strange perhaps to see Stephanie Meyers write anything else but Twilight, but she did and the Host was a really great book! (Much better than Twilight if you ask me ^^")

I actually can't wait until 19th November, I love the books better of course. But films + books are both amazing. Excited for the epic RonxHermione kiss, it better be the exact same kiss as in the book! *shakes fist*

It would be great if there were more books, but it's just what they'd be about. Maybe like, how the kids got on with Hogwarts first year. Maybe JK Rowling doing just one extra Harry Potter book for the kids, and maybe another book about Harry Potter before he found out he was a wizard? :3

@Sunheart: Well, I wasn't, because I got to see the movie on the 13th :P But I was superexcited for the premiere alright! <3<3 and the wait was worth it all! <3<3

The movies were great, especially part 2 of the Deathly Hallows! At the end of the movie, a whole new storyline was created - new books have gotta to be written, I say yes to the whole idea of more books! :D
