Well, I guess I'll set this sticky so everyone can post poems here o.O'' ?!

I wrote this a long time ago when everything seemed to be falling apart in my life. It's not really good it's just depressing o.0

Loneliness and Pain No one understands I try and try to tell... ....but no one listens When I walk in school I cry invisible tears Tears only I feel My heart is broken There is no need to fix what is already broken That will be broken again They always call me lucky But they don't know How alone I really am The loneliness kills me This pain won't stop Go on with your life Just pretend I'm not here.

I'm not sure if you would call this a poem or not, But I'm using this as the base of my new video which will be called "Black & White"

A Black and White world
Where I can only see me in colour
Is that good or bad?
Here I sit, marinated in ancient words
Voices in my head
I remember when I found the book
and when I first read it
A gateway to my first goal
but it seems so far away
My lips, dry from the cold air
My eyes, tainted with pain and rejection
He said to me
"What are you looking for?"
I replied
"A reason to live"
Confusion spread across his pale face
And I saw her face again
A Golden image
Yet, she was so far away
And I had no idea what to do

Sand;
One grain so small and insignificant
on this vast and harsh beach.
Popularity washes over me
it is the ocean.
But it isnt warm nor does it have the tourists laughter.
one sandal alone and abandoned
washed up from yesterdays bliss.
I, the sand.
I'm being trampled on
again.

This is the first thing I've written in about a year.

I saw your poems, and I had to create one of my own after so long...
I used to always write, now I believe my future and what i want, has taken me away from the things I wanted the most.

Figuring that the long awaited moment is finally there, the silence comes.

Knowing that that one little word will change everything, the doubt comes

Realizing that the world will collapse without that one person, the fear comes.

Trusting your heart to him, the feeling comes.

Knowing that the feeling doesn't quite reach anymore, the end comes.

And then it's over.

Red Samurai

The ink splattered ground,
cold, still and lifeless.
The blade ambled over,
the events incline to this.
The battlefield was torn,
damaged,
sickened.
And here I sit,
beneath this silver metal,
of a fake justice.
I was the hero, not the villain.
And so the Ishida falls.

- Based on the real fate of Mitsunari Ishida, a samurai who led the Western Army against Ieyasu Tokugawa at Sekigahara - October 21st 1600

I'm hoping to put up the rest of the poems I have written sometime, even the ones I have used in videos or given to another to be used in a video as an idea.

Deleted some because I hated it... so here's my latest stuff :)

Breathe

Your warm breath makes my insides crash and burn with affection,
My fingers frozen soft with anticipation.
I can't tell you how much I've wanted to meet you.
I thought we'd be star-crossed lovers,
waiting eternity to finally meet.
Your words from my lips do speak,
But we need not words,
to breathe is the key.



To Fly

The sky is their blissful venture,
Overflowing with bursts of vibrant enthusiasm.
I can almost see the colours when they soar,
So be free like that, and evermore

To be able to drown in harsh streams of air,
To face
To skin
To dry eyes
Which falter to tears.
Tears which could never reach us.



Adieu

The feeling of wet grass beneath my feet,
The cold, brittle air blowing beside me,
Against my face blowing ever so gently
Goosebumps are our signal; that they aren't here.
I want to be alone like this a little while longer,
Embrace nature's warmth, which others perceive me mad for.
Trace a hand to the furry fuchsia petals of flowers
They which accept water to so subtly flow from tip to root.

And when it starts to rain, I'll smile to myself.
The dampness of my hair tells me to go inside,
So for now my friend, adieu.

(Those are wonderful poems Hybriddia, especially "Adieu". Loved the words you used and the imagery was wonderful. This is the poem I wrote for ThreadstoTwelves video "Azure Wings", thought I'd post it here too)

I always looked to them,
An inspiration.
A source of such strength for myself.
Wish I could be that great.
I dont want to have a source,
I want that strength within me.

When I look, I want those wings too
So I can fly higher and higher
In till I touch the blue skyline
When I look down,
I want to see those smiling faces,
Which I created myself.

The wind is normal to me,
Wish it saw me as something greater.
Like a mountain, like a hero.
Just to be able to soar over them all
To prove myself capable
Of such undying feats.

I would like the sea to see me greater
To see me as its saviour
So one day the water can embrace me.
In a way a hero would be.

I will get there, one day
He told me I would.

Such a storm of hidden whispers,
and tainted tales.
Like fire this aspersion.
A masked poison,
cloaked over with a fake ideal.
These somber clouds decept.
These abysmal oceans daze.

His black feathers,
tinted with sanguine,
as they flutter around the domain.
Light objects of betrayal.
These wings hide the truth.

They wish to manipulate,
Steal the trust, and spit you out weak.
This degradation of distrust.
This infection of darkness.
The bright tree that cloaks,
the rusted picture in the roots beneath.

The abyss of distortion,
the valley of brutality.
His sky blue eyes of coldness,
his smirk of spite.
Where is the hope now?

Clock Towers
The distance between our lines,
are clouded by shadows,
and my kin to the dark.
I scream to disconnect,
to wade through the dense fog,
which underlines the tower.
Transitions, I cannot stay here.
I need to break out,
I call to recite the truth.
The truth of me loving you.
The clock tower chimes,
my eyes cannot see.
But the sound guides me,
betraying the blackness.
The sun and the stars,
like snapshots of our pact.
Clocktowers and ices,
I can taste the salt,
I can recall our history.
Latch onto the memories,
we will go far away,
Just let me find you,
before the new day calls.
Going through this destruction,
this darkness, this faded light.
I'm almost there,
But your now your nowhere.
Forgive me,
I tried.

Seasons

Two steps to eternity,
this time wasted on such wishful thinking.
The branches of success are broken,
comsumed by the abyss of anguish.

Meeh. With all these awesome poets here I don't know if mine will look like roadkill.

I'm not a big poet. I just have some moments. Then I feel like I have to write a poem.

Woa. I even wrote a date O.O

5th December 2009

Words,
like knives they cut through my heart.
Knives,
that hit me as hard as hateful words.

Glances,
glances you don't see.
Ignorance,
ignorance that just cannot be.

Imagination,
imagination that makes you mine.
Occupancy,
occupancy which isn't real.

My awareness,
O how it screams.
Screams the silence,
the silence which will never retreat.

Me personally, I think it sucks xD Doesn't rhime. The scheme get's broken and it sounds as if I'm a whiny little "heart-broken" 10 year old. Meh.

And Now We Are Here

The glass shimmers,
her hair stagnant in the wind.
Our palms pushed together,
interwined by unbreakable promises.
Where once was winter, now is scent.
Vibrant colours around the oak tree, I see.

Last year (exactly two weeks ago XDD) I was inspired while talking to xSeeraAi and I wrote down the poem on a piece of paper. Also, it's a present for Gen Gen and Tina's birthday (I did also a video with the poem). Hope you like it :3


Snow and Ice

Buried in a cold tomb,
Whispering your name,
Calling for a help
That won't come.

Hoping for a pray
That you may listen
In your frozen tomb.

Far away
You may listen
To my whisper,
Silent and bold,
In your ear.

Where are you know
When I need you the most?
