I read the first 3 volumes of Death Note and could not get into it, and even tried watching the anime, but still could not. It was replaying on adult swim couple months ago, so I watched it one night because I was bored, and got HOOKED. I donno how it changed, but it did, and I was a avid watcher until the end. I cried with L...you know...He is my favorite character out of all them haha. I also cried at the last episode...I knew it was coming...but it still was sad. It is now one of my more favorite animes.

i've watched Death Note =D and finished it too! Although at first i liked Light but then he got all psycho =/ the live action was pretty okay too

I own the whole series on dvd ^_^ and all of the live action movies (including L:change the world)
It cost me so much money though.
but it was well worth it.
it's so different to the other anime that i watch and the plot is very clever.

Me too! I got EVERYTHING on death note!

The live action movies weren't as good as the anime or the magna I thought though!
My boyfriend recently bought me the change the world book :3
